*The value for this project is based on a financial range of $850,000 to $1,320,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Kruger Road MP 1.20 Culvert Replacement Project provided staging area has been relocated. Contract Plan Sheets C-101 (3 of 16) and C-401 (14 of 16) depicting the Staging Area at Kruger Road Station 2+50 Lt. shall be deleted from this Contract. Any and all Contract Plan or Contract Special Provision references to the Staging Area and any work associated with the Staging Area at Station 2+50 Lt. (Parcel #032552-003-002, Christopher and Katherine Kouri) shall be transferred to the revised Staging Area at Kruger Road Station 10+00 Lt. (Parcel #032550-003-000, Dennis Wherry) per Page 2 of 2 of this Addendum. The revised Staging Area at Kruger Road Station 10+00 Lt. (Parcel #032550-003-000, Dennis Wherry) includes a 30-ft wide access way from the northern project limits to the Staging Area for equipment access outside the paved roadway surface designated to remain. If the Contractor elects to utilize this 30-ft wide access way, twenty Douglas fir trees recently planted for reforestation shall be replaced per the Tree Riparian Mix requirements in the Contract Plans. All disturbed areas within the Staging/Access Areas shall be restored as indicated on Sheet 2 of 2 of this Addendum. All work associated with restoration of the Staging/Access Area shall be included in Bid Item No. 20 Planting Mitigation Construction.
