Site work for a civil project in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project generally comprises the following works (Refer to Div 1 General Requirements, Section 1B for a detailed description): Work Area 1: Upstream Road Crossing Installation of pipe-arch culvert along Anaham Creek upstream of the Upper Diversion, and related work including road repair and erosion protection. Work Area 2: Upper Diversion Concrete repairs. Embankment improvements and erosion protection. Realignment of the steel walkway and erosion protection around walkway footings. Construction of new earthfill berm. Grading of the channel reach between the Upper Diversion and downstream road crossing Work Area 3: Downstream Road Crossing Installation of precast concrete culvert and related work including road repair and erosion protection Work Area 4: Irrigation Intake Removal from current location and reinstallation of the existing gated and screened, corrugated metal pipe culvert and related work including erosion protection. Construction of a wooden platform to access gate control. Work Area 5: Main Road (Stum Lake Road) Crossings A, B and C Lowering of three existing, gated pipe culverts and related work. Excavation of existing drainage ditches near to culverts B and C, on the Anaham Meadows side of Stum Lake Road. Documents can be obtained from https://new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/
