Reference Number : 1703208 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 Nature of the Bid Guarantee: No bid guarantee The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Center (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of three (3) general contractors who can provide, upon request, the labor necessary to provide technical services relating to general construction in order to meet the needs of the CSSMB in terms of maintenance and repairs, particularly in the following departments: Repair and replacement of interior finishes ( floor, ceilings, ceramics, paint, general carpentry, plaster, walls, stairs, etc. ); Installation of various accessories ( soap dispensers, paper dispensers, classroom boards, sharpeners, supports for electronic devices, etc. ); The works concerned by this contract are works of internal management or calls for services in an emergency situation . The contractor will be notified by the work provider before the work is carried out. The contractor must also be able to perform work in asbestos condition. All mandates to be executed under this contract will be mandates under $10,000.00. The works to be carried out are located in buildings divided into three different Sectors: NORTH sector SOUTH sector WEST sector
