TransForm Share Service Organization is issuing this RFSQ on behalf of Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH) for General Contractors interested in providing a full range of construction services in the capacity of Prime General Contractor to pre-qualify for bidding on future construction projects. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to establish a list of pre-qualified general contractors, for construction projects, who will be called upon to submit bids when a project will be implemented. This RFSQ is intended for a budget value of between five million and one dollars ($5,000,001) and fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000). All construction projects with a budget value less than five million and one dollars ($5,000,001) are encompassed under a pre-existing RFQ or RFP process. TransForm and HDGH intend to pre-qualify a minimum of four (4) and up to six (6) General Contractors for this project. Through the pre-qualification process TransForm and HDGH are seeking to identify those Proponents who are able to clearly demonstrate, to the satisfaction of TransForm and HDGH: - A full range of technical and managerial skills, including the utilization of project management software, required to deliver a quality product within well-defined parameters of scope, time and cost; - An exemplary track record of development projects in a hospital environment or other environments that have complicated operational parameters; General contractors must have extensive experience coordinating projects with subcontractors; - A comprehensive team with the relevant skills, focus, experience and dedication necessary to deliver a major project effectively and efficiently.
