*Award subject to final approval Reference number : 1719276 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-12 John Abbott College is inviting tenders for construction works to renovate an existing office in the Herzberg building and construct two new private offices in the same building The renovation of the office includes, among other things, the removal of plaster containing asbestos in high-risk conditions, the creation of a passage in a solid brick support wall with related structural interventions, the installation of a ventilation system in the office and the replacement of all finishes as well as the installation of new lighting. The construction of the two private offices includes, but is not limited to, the installation of gypsum walls, glass partitions, doors, as well as the associated ventilation and electrical work.
