Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rancho Cordova, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work to be performed under this Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Chase Drive - American River Parkway Connection Project. Items of work include hot mix asphalt; roadway excavation, concrete curb, gutter, and pathway improvements; thermoplastic striping and markings; decorative fencing; pathway lighting; planting and irrigation; and other incidental work to be completed within the limits of work shown on the Plans. Sidewalk and sidewalk ramp improvements are to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title 24 and City of Rancho Cordova standards as provided in these specifications. The nature of this project dictates that the limits of new pavement, sidewalk removal, striping and markings may vary from the Plans, as directed by the City Engineer. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City Engineer throughout the Project to accommodate any adjustments, as deemed necessary by the City Engineer.
