The corporation of the city of thunder bay requires the supply, delivery and stockpiling of emulsified asphalt material and high performance all weather permanent type patching material for its operations all in accordance with the attached specifications The City reserves the right to inspect the bidder's facility and to perform such investigations as may be deemed necessary to insure that competent personnel and management and suitable equipment/material will be used in the performance of this contract. Performance Surety binding the contractor faithfully to fulfill the obligations of his/her submission may be required. Such Surety, when required, should be submitted in the form of a performance bond, satisfactory to the City, or certified cheque as stated in the document.
