Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 142,400-square-foot, two-story above grade office development; and retail development.
Bid Package 1 - Site & Shell Package CMA is excited to provide General Contracting and Construction Management services for the new Kenosha County Human Services Facility in Kenosha WI. The project is approximately 142,400 square feet, consisting of a 2-story building addition and interior renovations of the existing retail structures. The buildings will undergo a tremendous transformation and the project includes a considerably large site work package. Due to a lack of qualified bids for a few Divisions, we are re-sending Bid Package 1 out as Package 1.1 for the following divisions. o 03 30 00 Cast In Place Concrete: o 02 80 00 Remediation: Provide an Alternate cost to remove Roofing. o 06 10 00 Rough Carpentry: provide Bid to install Exterior Doors. o 08 10 00 Doors & Frames - Provide Bid exterior doors. o 06 20 00 Finish Carpentry - Provide Bid to install exterior Doors. o 07 41 20 Aluminum Composite Metal Panels. o 04 20 00 Masonry - Bids Must include all Masonry Scope and all Taxes.
