L1406 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Loachapoka Water Authority (herein called the "Owner"), invites sealed Bids for materials of a water main improvement project on Wire Road in Auburn, Alabama. The Bids will be received by the Owner at the office of the Loachapoka Water Authority, 4742 Lee Road 188, Loachapoka, AL 36865 until 10:00 o'clock A.M., CST, May 12, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to the Loachapoka Water Authority at 4742 Lee Road 188, Loachapoka, AL 36865, designated as bid for Wire Road Water Main Materials and have the company name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids may also be received by mail and should be mailed to P. O. Box 129, Lochapoka, AL 36865. All bids mailed must be received by the Loachapoka Water Authority before the bid due date. Copies of the Bid Schedule and the Bid Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Larry E. Speaks & Associates, Inc. located at 535 Herron Street, Montgomery, AL. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
