Work to be completed: > Properly prepare the existing surface to accommodate new roof > Power wash existing roof membrane > Fasten existing roof with screws and 2" plates at all angle changes > Remove all wall flashings and dispose > Puncture existing roofing 10' O.C. > Install new 1/4" to 1" tapered polyiso between all drains to provide positive drainage > Install complete new fully-adhered .060 fleeceback TPO membrane roofing system in fast 1 - adhesive > Install new .060 TPO membrane as wall flashings in cav-grip adhesive > Properly flash all vents, pipes, curbs and other protrusions as per manufacturer's specifications > Install new TPO pitch pockets with white 1-part pourable sealer > Furnish and install new 26-guage ES-1 metal edge detail with continuous cleat > Prompt and ongoing clean-up as well as lawful disposal of job debris Note: > Roof area is approximately 30,000sf. > A mandatory 20-year minimum NDL warranty to be issued upon completion and inspection by an authorized representative.
