Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of November 14, 2023, construction has been completed. Construction took place between Q3 and Q4 of 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: 1. Demolition of existing site features including asphalt and concrete paving, curbing, landscaping, etc. 2. Installation of new paving. 3. Installation of new pavement markings. 4. Installation of new concrete curbing. 5. Seeding and site restoration. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier s check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion. **Please note, per Owner, we require that potential bidders contact LCSWMA directly to receive an official copy of the project plans.
