Site work for a municipal facility in Gansevoort, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

the town of Wilton, County of Saratoga, State of New York, is requesting bids for the installation of a 5,000 gallon diesel tank, cleaning of existing 3,000 gallon diesel tank and removal of 1,000 gallon gasoline tank and all related accessory work. SCOPE OF WORK o Mobilize labor force to jobsite. o Remove and dispose of (2) existing Reliance pumps and Petro Vend fuel management system. o Provide and install (2) new Wayne Select electronic 2-hose, single-product, suction pumps (one branded "Diesel" and one branded "Unleaded") and make connections to existing piping and wiring. Pumps include: o Pulse output board for connection to new fuel management system o External filter kits o (2) pumps in each unit o (2) hose masts on unleaded pump o (1) hose mast on diesel pump (second diesel hose will utilize existing high host retriever) o Painted silver cabinets with standard blue doors o Provide and install new hanging hardware on new pumps. Hanging hardware includes: o (1) 1" nozzle for diesel o (1) 1" X 20' diesel hose (for use with existing high hose retriever) o (1) 1" X 8" whip hose o (1) 1" swivels o (1) 1' breakaways o (3) 3/4 ' nozzles for (2) unleaded and (1) diesel o (3) 3/4 " X 8'-6" hoses o (3) 3/4 " X 5' hoses o (3) 3/4 " swivels o (3) 3/4 " breakaways o Provide and install new Fuelmaster 2500 Plus fuel management system terminal in place of existing Petro Vend system and make wiring connections. o Provide and install wireless communication kit for Fuelmaster. o Provide (150) Fuelmaster Prokees and encoder. o Provide and install approximately 100' of Cat5 cable inside building and make communication connection between Fuelmaster and customer's computer system. o Assist with software programming and train site personnel on system operation. Bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office, 22 Traver Road, Wilton, New York 12831 before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Bid HWY 1-2023 must be clearly marked on the face of a sealed envelope. Each bid shall contain a non-collusion certificate and a hold-harmless clause. Corporations submitting bids shall be authorized to do business in the State of New York. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days of the actual date of the submission date. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid. If more than one bid is submitted, a separate bid deposit must accompany each bid.
