Site work and renovation of a recreation facility in West Linn, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Relocate the existing driveway at Luscher Farm from its historic entrance to a new location further east and develop a new parking lot with several ADA-accessible spaces. The current access location has limited sight distance when turning into or out of Luscher Farm due to the topography of Rosemont Road. This improvement would improve vehicle safety as well as bicycle and pedestrian access and safety by relocating the point at which vehicles cross the Stafford/Rosemont Trail to a location with increased visibility for both trail users and vehicles. It would also greatly improve the safety and accessibility for community members accessing Luscher Farm's community gardens, educational opportunities, programs, and events. Project is in the FY2024-FY2029 CIP. As of April 17, 2025, per owner, the project is part of the city's long term master plan and has not been funded yet. Design has not begun. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
