Bid opening will take place in the Conference Room at City Hall, 38 Whittlesey Avenue. A bid packet consisting of a flash drive of the detailed plans, specifications and contract documents may be obtained or examined at the office of the Public Works Director, 38 Whittlesey Ave., Norwalk, Ohio 44857. A payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be required for each bid packet. Checks shall be made payable to The CITY OF NORWALK and all documents become the property of the prospective Bidder, with no portion of said payment being refunded.
