NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Common Council for the City of Beckley is accepting bids from qualified firms for the purchase of 60 (sixty) police duty handguns. Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from the City of Beckley, 304-256-1768, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23,2023. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street, or mailed P.O. Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514. Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
