Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
**As of July 11, 2023, project was awarded to Moore Flooring , awarded amount is $216,706.13.** The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the removal and replacement of flooring at Norco Fire Station 57 (3367 Corydon Avenue), Norco Senior Center (2690 Clark Avenue), The Scout House (3939 Cedar Avenue), and Nellie Weaver Hall (90 Sixth Street). There are 90 working days allowed to complete this project, including any and all alternatives. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $500.00 per working day The successful bidder shall be licensed according with the provisions of the Business and Professional Code and shall possess a Class C15 license at the time this contract is awarded
