Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a transportation facility in Oregon City, Oregon. Design plans call for the expansion of a runway / taxiway.

As of September 24, 2025, contract approved for design team. Construction expected late 2025 or early 2026. Construction expected to last 12-18 months (mid-late 2027). The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide design and engineering services for the Redesign of the Beaverton and Oregon City Transit Centers, as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
