The City is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks on an "as needed" basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City wishes to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two (2) successful Offerors for durations up to five (5) years. The following is an outline describing the Scope of Services to be required of the Contractor. The types of services are not inclusive and if the Contractor is unable to perform any of the listed services the Offeror is expected to identify such services in its Proposal. A. Cleaning of drains and sewer lines; B. Servicing pumps and piping; C. Unstopping/snaking of facility drain systems; D. Repairs to piping and couplings; E. Servicing, repairs and/or replacement of commercial and residential fixtures; F. Installation of drains; G. Demolition and removal of existing systems; H. Hydrojetting; I. Camera line inspections; J. Fire hydrant install; K. Water meter install; L. Water valve install; M. Backflow testing, repair and installation; and N. General plumbing work Question Deadline 05/24/2023 at 5:00 PM ET
