Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 05/27/2023 The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, certificates, and temporary protection necessary for, or incidental to, the execution of the following: 1. Address ADA Compliance as noted on Drawings and in Specifications; 2. Renovate two (2) restrooms and convert them to Gender Neutral facilities; 3. New Flooring in designated areas; 4. New ceiling tiles and LED lighting in designated areas; 5. Add a canopy to the West entrance; 6. Perform sitework to accommodate two (2) handicapped parking spaces to meet ADA Guidelines; 7. All other work shown on the Drawings and called for in the Specifications. 8. If Alternate 1 is approved, Fire Alarm System work as stated in the Drawings and Specifications. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work for all trades (other contractors and sub-contractors) under this contract. C. It is the intent of this Project that the Owner be provided complete systems, functioning as required and meeting the requisites of all Federal, State, or local codes and regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with the intent of the contract drawings and specifications.
