The project generally consists of annual generator maintenance and load bank testing as recommended by manufacturer s specifications and District staff. All bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with the owner, South Adams County Water and Sanitation District, 6595 East 70th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado 80022; and at the office of Dave Goff Fleet/Facilities Supervisor, 10200 E 102nd Ave., Henderson, Colorado 80640. It is anticipated that the Contract Agreement will be signed and the Notice to Proceed will be issued in June, 2023. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish all parts, equipment, and labor necessary to successfully complete the required maintenance and load bank testing. The Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 61 calendar days after the Bid opening, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify or suspend the process, modify the terms and conditions of this bidding and selection process, and/or waive informalities of any submission.
