Notice is hereby given that the governing board ("Board") of the Fullerton Joint Union High School District (District)has determined that the following contractors and subcontractors must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid or proposal on the Buena Park High School - AG Equipment Storage Sheds" project (Project):Sealed Bids from bidders will be received at the time/date/location indicated here, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud (Bid Submission Deadline): Facilities and Construction Department, Fullerton Joint Union High School District, 1051 W. Bastanchury Road, Fullerton, CA 92833, Time: May 23, 2023, 1:00 PM All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Project Documents, including, but not limited to, the Information for Bidders. All inquiries about the project are to be directed to Kate Kwon ykwon@fjuhsd.org, Troy Shandy tshandy@fjuhsd.org Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22300, the Agreement will contain provisions permitting the successful bidder to substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Agreement or permitting payment of retentions earned directly into escrow WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Work Included: To erect new 2 equipment storage sheds (12'X40', 3 sides) provided by the district at concrete footings installed by the district. Provide temporary utilities such as sanitary facilities and temporary power.
