Remodeling of a municipal facility in Divide, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Teller County (COUNTY) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection ofm a Design-Build Company (CONTRACTOR) to Design and Build an upcoming capital project. The proposals shall consist of qualifications, experience, financial proposal and staffing plan. The full-scope of work will be discussed during the preproposal meeting. The successful CONTRACTOR will be determined solely from the Proposals. However, the COUNTY reserves the right to interview all or some of the proposal respondents if it so chooses The COUNTY reserves the right to amend the RFP based on written questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation. All official questions clarifications and amendments will be emailed to the following project e-mail account TellerITfacility@co.teller.co.us and will responded back via a posting on the project link for all respondents to access. The building is located at 308 Weaverville Road in Divide Colorado. The goal of the project is to remodel the space to serve as a home base for Information Technology to include offices, conference room, break room, workstations and storage. Depending on preliminary costs this may become a phased remodel. We would like to see completion of the project in late summer/fall of 2023.
