Site work and outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel in Fairbanks, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel.
The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department), Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section, is seeking professional engineering services for lighting design services for the Steese Highway MP 5 Bridge #1342 Replacement project. This project will replace the existing Chena Hot Springs Undercrossing Bridge #1342 at approximately MP 5 of the Steese Highway. Existing DOT&PF maintained electrical lights are present underneath the existing bridge, and replacements will be incorporated into the project. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2023 through December 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $50,000 and $100,000.
