Site work for a water / sewer project in Euless, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is generally located in portions of Huntington Drive in the eastern part of the City. The project provides for the replacement of approximately 3100 linear feet of existing six (6") inch diameter asbestos cement (A.C.) water line with eight (8") inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe installed using trenchless technology static pipe burst methods. At the option of the contractor, pre-chlorination or utilization of temporary bypass water systems are acceptable. The project also includes replacement of approximately 144 linear feet of 6-inch A.C. water line with 8-inch HDPE/PVC(DR-18) water line installed by the open trench methods. The project includes removal and replacement of existing gate valves and fire hydrants as well as reinstatement of water services to residential lots. Pavement repair and other incidental construction items necessary for a complete and functional project are also included. Question Deadline 05/19/2023 at 12:00 PM CT
