Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Tellepsen is the design-build construction manager for this project. It is a 3-story 58,000 SF renovation of a 90+year old abandoned building next to the HPD Property Room building at 1202 Washington Avenue and a new 7-level 235,000 SF 600 car structural double T's - precast parking garage behind the property room building. The food service equipment is on the architectural plan A-422. The furniture/equipment plans are on the architectural AQ plans. Project Duration: 14-Months. ee the Bid Form with the breakout pricing as follows: 1. Sitework 2. The 3-story renovation building & 2 new exterior stair towers 3. Pedestrian Skybridge & structure from the Parking Garage to the building. 4. Parking Garage 5. Total Cost The project is non-taxable and it will have all of the City of Houston Wage Rates, "Pay or Play" Worker Health Insurance Regulation & MWDSBE Requirements and all other City of Houston standard requirements for working on City projects. If any RFI's submitted do not get answered prior to bid time on May 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Qualify what you submit pricing on.
