Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 8/10/2023, this item has been pulled and will not be on the August 8th Commissioners Court Agenda. The project consists of the modernization of 10 elevators at Annex 84 located at 1111 Fannin Street. The specific scope consists of, but not limited to, the following tasks. Destination Dispatch system for the 6 traction lobby elevators with non-proprietary equipment - MCE or Smartrise. MCE or Smartrise controllers for 2 garage elevators and 2 shuttle elevators 2 new Torin machines for the shuttle elevators on the 14th floor. New interior cab finishes in all 10 elevators - 6 lobby cars, 2 garage cars and 2 shuttle cars. New LED car and hall fixtures and elevator LCD screens in all 10 elevators. Elevator Modernization at 1111 Fannin Street for Harris County Building Operations Services Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations should contact the Purchasing Office at (713) 274-4400 at least two (2) days prior to the pre-proposal conference.
