SECTION 000200 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FVEC Program Consolidation Phase 5 -Admin Building The Board of Education of Township High School District 214, Cook County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the FVEC Program Consolidation Phase 5 Admin Building, 2121 South Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 Phase 5 Admin Building, (Bid Period 8) consists of all trades for the renovations, including, but not limited to, demolition, general trades, acoustical ceilings, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage and related items. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 214. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the value of the work. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required.
