Only Prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ SB 2019-0812 may submit bid submissions on this Tender. Project: Rapid Referral Clinic: Interior Renovation located in C-Wing, Ground Floor, to create a clinical zone for emergency patients, equipped with all necessary services, including but not limited to medical gases, regular and emergency power, Nurse Call system and security. The Clinic will consist of 3 Exam Rooms, completed with Support spaces, such as Clean Supply, Medication Room, Equipment Room, and Soiled Alcove, completed with Reception and Waiting Area, as well as Team Room. The Clinic is designed to comply with Hospital and Infection Control standard requirements. Project: Clinical Labs: Interior renovation located in C-Wing, Ground Floor to improve and remodel portion of existing Clinical Labs, including Storage areas, to improve the workflow, expand the fire protection system and provide new casework and finishes. This project will include installation of new fire hose cabinet and extension of services already present in wicinity. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
