Inquires must be received by, Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 no later than 3:00pm. Including necessary appurtenances and all in accordance with the project specifications. Background Village Hall finished its construction in 2010 with a "Gold" Leed certification, the first in South Florida. And in 2012, it finished its certification to "Platinum" status incorporating all the green initiatives needed to self-sustain itself. The building has 24,500 square feet of office space. Through the years the current HVAC system is showing its end of life and requires a complete change. The costs for repairs are increasing and the availability of parts has been challenging. The Village is looking for certified contractors that can change the current system and maintain the same operating functionality that is in place and would like to incorporate HEPA filters into its system. A more depth in scope is stated in Section 4.0 of this solicitation. Contractors need to be fully licensed with the State of Florida and abide by the Florida Building Code.
