The work will be carried out in a multiplex-type building (4 twin plexes) built in 1900, consisting of three (3) floors including 14 dwellings intended for families.

According to the current schedule, work is scheduled to begin on or around August 14, 2023, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder.
For the dwellings that will be vacant, namely for the buildings located at 2582 and 2584, rue Quesnel, the work will begin three (3) months after the date on which the tenders are opened in order to allow the relocation of the tenants;
The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 223 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at 2570 Quesnel Street in Montreal .
