Renovation of a library in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,000-square-foot library.
The project consists of design and installation of a pergola and patio of approximately 1,000 square feet, to be located on the southwest corner of the library at 5310 w. Layton avenue, greenfield wi 53220. Major work items include pergola constructed of cedar or aluminum, decorative paver patio and accents in the dimension of approximately 50' x 19', natural stone seat walls and pillars, low voltage lighting wall lights and moonlights in the pergola, removal of existing 50' sidewalk and construction of new 50' x 5' sidewalk. Bidding documents will be available starting Wednesday, april 26, 2023, and can be examined at greenfield public library monday - friday between 9:00am and 5:00 pm. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, payable to the greenfield public library, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90- day period after the date of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the owner
