Piedmont Steele located at 1551 Cooper Street is a metal clad building built on concrete slab. The structure is approximately 13,600 Sq. Ft. with an existing below surface dock for removing material from delivery trucks. The building is a metal building with both rubber and metal roofing. The Scope of Work for 1551 Cooper Street includes the demolition of the structure down to the slab. The slab is to remain in place. This demolition work is to include both the exterior and interior of the building. However, the exterior walls of the below surface loading dock will not be disturbed. Grade around building concrete slab 12' away from slab providing a positive drain away from the slab. Seed with Tall Fescue grass seed and straw disturbed areas. Crocodile Creek located at 1648 E. Lawson Street is a metal and brick building built on a concrete slab. The structure is approximately 22,000 Sq. Ft. with an existing below surface dock for removing material from delivery trucks. The building is a metal and Brick building with a built-up roof system. The Scope of Work for 1648 E. Lawson Street includes the demolition of the structure down to the slab. Remove slab and grade disturbed areas with a positive drain to prevent erosion. Seed with Tall Fescue grass seed and straw seeded areas. All demolished debris must be removed from campus and disposed of at an appropriate landfill. The Contractor is responsible for removing all Utilities back to the appropriate municipality shut off for 1551 Cooper Street and 1648 E. Lawson Street. The Contract shall have an initial term of 180 days, beginning on the date of contract award (the "Effective Date").
