Renovation of an educational facility in Cheshire, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Develop a design/specification in the multi-phase renovation of the Maclary Athletic Complex located directly behind the high school building. Design considerations shall include the following: Site inspection and evaluation of artificial/natural fields. Field survey and feature layout by sport. Assessing storm water management, field drainage and irrigation. Assessing site equipment and bleachers recommending improvements for capacity and ADA access/compliancy. Assessing the main entrance and developing design to incorporate ticket booths. Press box renovation. Track & Field equipment storage options. Evaluation of pathway and athletic field lighting. Preparation of material/equipment specifications, scope of work and construction budgets. Design documentation and bid package. Assume a maximum of two (2) project phases.
