The Plainfield Park District adding solar light fixtures on poles at Bott Park and Eaton Preserve per the following plans and specifications. In addition, there are small concrete flatwork projects with some site furnishings at Electric Park, Ottawa Street Park, and Riverview Park at the bridge. The project scope includes concrete footings and flatwork, and the installation of site furnishings and light poles and solar powered fixtures. There is no electrical work involved in the scope of work. The Park District has purchased and will provide the metal posts and light fixtures. The District will be purchasing the site furnishings. All other materials and all labor will be provided by the Contractor. Minor site restoration will be addressed by the Park District after work is completed. If the Contractor causes site damage including but not limited to tire tracks or ruts, paving damage, tree damage, etc., this damage will need to be repaired by the Contractor at no added cost to the Park District. A site assessment will be conducted prior to the start of the work to determine current site conditions.
