Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Oneida, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
In general, the work consists of: This project will install a durable, long lasting tile surface on all of the shower stall and changing stall walls in the Shower Buildings at the Firefly, Crystal, Clear, and Musky Lake Campgrounds in the Northern Highland American Legion State Forest. In order to ensure a durable, cleanable, and long-lasting show surface, this project will include installing large porcelain tiles to lessen the new epoxy grout lines, a waterproof membrane over a cementitious waterproof membrane that is applied to the existing block walls, and high-quality caulking material. This will involve the removal and reinstallation of existing wall-mounted items within the shower and changing stalls. In addition, this project will include sealing the exterior CMU split face block with a waterproofing coating at all 4 of these Shower Buildings.
