The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to Clean and Repair Culverts, including temporary water management facilities and work zone traffic control, located on US101 at MP 307.99 and MP 308.38 in Curry County, OR for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Construct Temporary Water Management Facilities. Clean and repair culverts. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the Contract plans and specifications and as directed. GENERAL PROVISIONS Contract Time There shall be no work within the ordinary high water before July 15, 2023 without prior approval from the Engineer. Complete all work to be done under this Contract no later than September 30, 2023. The ordinary high water will be designated and marked in the field by the Engineer
