Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking proposals to provide full-service preventative maintenance of ARMC's water systems, soft water systems, steam boiler water treatment, condensing water systems, hot and cold water loops, deionization (DI) exchange, cleaning of cooling towers, and the provision of all chemicals, and water reports. Contractor will also provide repairs of an unexpected nature with the water treatment, reverse osmosis and soft water systems. The County estimates an annual budget of $249,000 for completion of this work. Contractor will furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount of $250,000, and a Performance Bond in an equal amount. The Bonds must comply with all requirements set forth in section G.12 of this Contract, be on County approved bond forms, and be secured from a surety company satisfactory to the County within ten (10) calendar days of the award of the Contract. The Bonds shall remain in full force and effect for the term of the Contract. The Performance Bond shall name the County as beneficiary under the bond. The Contract period will be for an estimated period of five (5) years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by the Board of Supervisors or its designee. Location(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed is/are at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, 400 North Pepper Avenue, Colton CA, 92324. The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
