Bids may also be submitted to the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary or his designee at the bid opening meeting, prior to the advertised date and time. Electronic Message Board Marquees for Highland (2) and Timber Creek (1) o The Black Horse Pike Regional School District seeks bids to provide for the supply and installation of 2 Electronic Message Board Marquees for Highland and 1 for Timber Creek. All new marquees will be installed in the same location as existing marquess. The District will provide electric to the existing locations for all 3 marquees. o Any permits should be acquired by the installer. o All colors and artwork on the required marquees listed below must be approved by the school district prior to installation. o Successful bidders must adhere to all local and county rules and regulations in regard to signage. Bidder is responsible for applicable laws pertaining to size and illumination relative to proximity to the roads. o Prior to submission, participants need to contact the district to validate electrical capabilities. o Full completion with final installation, operation and software training of the boards must be completed by September 1, 2023. o The District reserves the right to adjust the quantities or eliminate items. o Alternate manufacturer and/or can be submitted as long it meets minimum specs required in item descriptions. The District reserves the right to eliminate a bid should the alternate manufacturer not meet aesthetic standard of the district. o All artwork must be part of the bid submittal.
