General Construction: Panzitta Enterprises, Inc. $845,000.00 Electrical Construction: Mark Whitehead Electrical Contractor, Inc. $68,000.00 Mechanical Construction: SEHCS $280,826.00 The Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority (LCFPA) will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for the DELANEY STREET BUILDING REHABILITATION-PHASE II, HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA until Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 11:00AM. Bids will be opened and read aloud promptly thereafter at the LCFPAs administration offices, 1989 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, PA 18704. Bid results will be posted for public review on the PennBid Program. The Work for this Project will be completed under three (3) prime contracts: Contract No. 1 - General Construction; Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction; Contract No. 3 - Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Construction. For additional details and information please refer to the Procurement and Contracting Documents. The Project site is located at 398 Delaney Street, Hanover Township, PA 18706, near the Wyoming Valley levee along the Susquehanna River. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor as contemplated by the Contract Documents.
