In accordance therewith, the Owner has established a scale of prevailing wages. Not less than the following scale of wage rates must be paid on the project. Workers not included in the following schedule will be properly classified and paid not less than the wage rate prevailing in the locality of the work at the time of construction. Executive Order (EO) 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors applies to all contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act for which the contract is awarded (and any solicitation was issued) on or after January 1, 2017. If this contract is covered by the EO, the contractor must provide employees with 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours they work, up to 56 hours of paid sick leave each year. Proposal security in the sum of 5% of the greatest amount Proposal, and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or Surety Proposal Bond, shall accompany each Proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. Upon Acceptance of This Proposal by Owner, Contractor Shall Furnish, at the Time of the Signing Of The Contract, a Performance Bond and Labor/Material Payment Bond, in the Amount Of 100% of the Contract Price and Proof of Insurance.
