Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in College Park, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision staff to install the outdoor basketball court facility located at Charles Phillips Park. The contractor shall be responsible for restoration of the access route and any areas or structures damaged or impacted by during construction. All materials and methods shall meet all applicable local and state codes. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, when required, on a surety company's standard bid bond form acceptable to the City in an amount no less than 5% of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and/or payment bond, on or before the issuance of Notice to Proceed, each for 100% of the Contract Amount. All other required contract documents must be fully completed and executed by the contractor and his/her Surety, and submitted to the Owner on or before the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, within 10 days of award Question Deadline 05/30/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Project Location: 4400 Herschel Road
