It is the intent of this Call for Bids to solicit quotations for the City's annual requirements of Ready Mix Concrete, and Flowable Fill. The primary user of concrete and flowable fill is the City's Street Maintenance Division. However, various City departments will have requirements throughout the year. Bidder agrees to supply more or less than the quantity stated, as needed, and at the prices quoted. Bidder should bid all the prices delivered to job or plant site. It is assumed that all bidders will be capable of delivering product on the same day as ordered. Normal delivery within two (2) hours of ordering is desirable. Should the successful bidder be unable to deliver within two (2) hours, the City reserves the right to purchase from an alternative source.
