Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Description The project consists of the gutting and renovation of two (2) restroom buildings at Gordon Moore Park, a men's and women's restroom at each location; Concession Stand 2 (behind Diamond 3) and at the Tennis Court Parking Lot. And, the removal and replacement of the roof of the restroom at Concession Stand 2. Any questions regarding this bid should be directed to Lori Bockholdt, Comptroller's Office, City of Alton (618) 463-3545. Copies of the Asbestos Abatement report(s) will be provided upon request. The City cannot accept your bid response via fax. The City of Alton reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids, or any part thereof, on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the City of Alton, Illinois. The City further reserves the right to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive any informalities and to make an award in its best interest.
