Renovation of an educational facility in Norridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations of 3000 sf including offices, conference, ADA toilets at Leigh elementary school located in Norridge, Illinois. This is summer constrution. Separate bid packages include: A)Electrical, B) Carpentry, ACT, Carpentry, C) Flooring, D) Mechanical Installation The Board of Education, Norridge School District 80 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Owner. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing rate of wage to all laborers, workmen and mechanics working on public funded projects. Certificate of Insurance, 10% bid bond or check, will be required from the successful bidder. District performed background checks will be required for all on site personnel Bidding Documents are on file April 28th, 2023 and may be obtained from Best Imaging Solutions, 55 E.
