Site work and outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project in Kahului, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of disconnection and removal of existing pole mounted luminaires, light poles, concrete pedestals, building-mounted luminaires and related appurtenances; and providing new pole mounted luminaires, light poles, concrete pedestals, building-mounted luminaires and related appurtenances at Pier 1, Kahului Harbor, Maui, Hawaii. All questions and requests for information (RFI) applicable to the bid documents shall be submitted via HIePRO no later than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. If there are any questions, please contact Mr. Branden Sumida, Project Engineer, by email at branden.sumida@hawaii.gov. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. A 5% bid adjustment for bidders that are parties to apprenticeship agreements pursuant to 103-55.6, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is applicable to this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
