Renovation of a parking garage in Traverse City, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project will start with a construction engineering firm analyzing the current conditions, repairs and preventative measures needed to maintain the parking garage and extend its useful life. The selected construction engineering firm will assist with bid documents and proposal reviews to ensure all items are captured. The awarded contractor will have a two year period to perform the needed work on both parking garages. As of May 23, 2023, this project is included in the City of Traverse City FY 2023-2028. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
