Bids submitted that lack any of the required information or documentation may be deemed incomplete and may not be considered for selection, at the discretion of the New Branches Charter Academy Board of Directors, or its designee. Existing area is around 8,500 sf, and preference is to replace with a wider area, likely around 12,000 sf. Will need to be suitable for delivery vehicles to drive on. Bid should include the following- Removal and existing asphalt, including disposal. Approx 8,500 sf. Preparing the area for new asphalt including widening from the previously existing asphalt. New asphalt to cover approx 12,000 sf. Provide additional separate pricing for the removal and replacement of existing outdoor basketball court.
