Midwest Avenue Reconstruction Poplar Street to Walnut Street Project No. 21-079 Description of Work: Removal of existing surfacing, removal and installation of storm sewer, replacement of water main and sanitary sewer manholes, removal and replacement of fire hydrants, placing surfacing, bike path, installation of an irrigation system, installation of streetscape, installation of pedestrian and roadway lighting, installation of striping and signs, and other miscellaneous work along Midwest Ave. from Poplar St. to Walnut St. The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. submit a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount.) The Work will be substantially completed by September 18, 2024; Final completion- October 16, 2024.
