Site work and renovation of a road / highway in Casper, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.

As of June 20, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. If your bid is less than $150,000.00 you may submit a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount.) The successful Bidder will be required to deliver the hardcopy Bid Guaranty within five (5) business days. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an Agreement with the City, in the form supplied in the bidding documents, within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. The contractor is required to create a resident communication plan to properly interact with all residents, businesses and property owners impacted by the construction site. The plan must be applicable to General Contractors and all sub-contractors performing work on the project. The plan must be provided to the Owner for review prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Failure to adhere to the communication plan by the Contractor or sub-contractor employees will result in the employees removal from the jobsite until the employee complies. Approximately 2,700 linear feet of 8" waterline replacement, 12,250 square yards of cold milling asphalt removal, 1,600 tons of asphalt overlay, 250 linear feet of curbwalk replacement, 500 square feet of valley gutter replacement, 2,000 square feet of ADA ramps, and miscellaneous related items.
