Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bel Air, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Resurfacing of Howard Street. All work preformed under this item of the contract must be in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and the contractor is required to pay Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. Attached is Exhibit A which shows the rates for Highway Construction Projects. You are hereby invited to submit a bid for the above referenced project. Bids are to contain a photocopy of your Maryland Contractor's License or other license as appropriate. Also, a Bid Bond is required if your total proposal exceeds $50,000. When the total bid exceeds $50,000, the Bid Bond shall be in the amount equal to 10% of the full bid price for the contract. Bid Bond must accompany the bid at the time of submission. All work performed under this contract shall be in accordance with the enclosed specifications for the contract and such drawings as may accompany these specifications. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with Lump Sum projects.
